Tube labelling
Regarding flexibility, rubber tubes are the most demanding sub surfaces for labelling. Fundamentally different demands have to be considered, which we successfully accomplish at a technologically advanced level.
Tubes are flexible caoutchouc- or plastic compounds for load transmission or transportation of media. For a manufacturer who uses leading-edge technology in order to produce tubes to fulfil the technical-, ecological- and economic requirements, the identification of his product on the market is of high importance, which is what we provide!
Additionally, it is often necessary to label tubes, which contain certain properties according to their purpose or application, e.g.: air-brake hoses, refrigerant hoses, food hoses, fuel hoses, curing tubes, steam tubes, tubes for chemicals and much more.
Gummettes for tubes
Gummettes were originally developed for the purpose of tube labelling. Gummettes are vulcanized onto the tube, without any further steps. Through vulcanization, the Gummette becomes a homogenous component of the rubber surface, with a high chemical and mechanical resistance.
Gummettes for tubes (Foil-Gummette, Special ?Embossed Gummette?) are available for any width above 15 mm (3/5 inches) and in all colours.
Our specialities are coloured Gummettes in combination with an embossed text. In this way, products receive coloured labelling, combined with raised lettering.
Furthermore, we have neutral embossed straps in different widths in stock.
