RUBBER MARKING FOR CONVEYOR BELTS
Seri Plastica also provides labeling for manufacturers, distributors, processors, and service providers working in the area of conveyor belts. Our work in this segment focuses on labeling and marking these very specific products. Our approach varies depending on the target group: For manufacturers of conveyor belts, we integrate marking into the manufacturing process; if we are acting on behalf of distributors, we coordinate the marking in consultation with the manufacturer and the end customer. When we are working for processors and service providers, it is primarily a matter of marking a repair point (splice) on the conveyor belt for traceability and as a quality feature.
In all cases, we customize markings for conveyor belts according to the customer’s requirements and specifically for the intended use. We manufacture single items, products by the roll and individually according to customer requirements.
GUMMETTES® FOR CONVEYOR BELTS
The Gummette® is a byword for durable and extremely robust marking of conveyor belts and is applied during the vulcanization process. Our range of flexible Gummettes® is extensive. Even for the most difficult challenges, we can develop suitable solutions with the Gummette®. As a marking for conveyor belts, the Gummette® has very good release and vulcanization properties and offers optimal ink transfer.

Since conveyor belt markings must be particularly durable and long-lasting, we also use Rubberettes®. During vulcanization, they form a solid unit with the rubber substrate, thus achieving a particularly harmonious and resilient marking result. We offer the Rubberette® in a number of variants, and it can be adapted exactly to the material of the conveyor belt to be marked. Consistently high quality in terms of color, adhesion, and performance is guaranteed.
