RUBBER MARKING FOR HOSES
Seri Plastica also provides rubber hose manufacturers with labels that are applied during vulcanization. We already offer many of these product labels in series production. The challenge here is to find exactly the right label for the material. Our rubber markings on hoses are subject to severe stresses. There is also demand for customized solutions with special color pigments that are photoluminescent or have a metallic coating, for example. We produce markings for hoses according to customer requirements and specially adapted to the respective application. Our hose labels can come off the roll as standard, but some are also supplied as customized items.

The Gummette® is a byword for durable and robust marking of hoses in the vulcanization process. Our range of Gummette® labels is extensive and continues to grow as the flexible Gummette® is adapted to more and more areas of application. Even when it comes to the most demanding requirements, we are always developing the right new solutions with the Gummette®. This rubber marking has very good release and vulcanization properties and offers optimal ink transfer.

Barcodes, QR codes and numbering can be used to mark hoses individually and make them traceable. Additional information can also be provided. The ID Coded Rubberette® is the appropriate application for hoses. The rubber marking is vulcanized into the rubber of the hose and remains intact over the long term.
