ID CODED RUBBERETTE®: RUBBER MARKING FOR UNIQUE PRODUCTS
Barcodes, QR codes, numbering and similar markings can be used to individualize a product. This makes it traceable and additional information can even be provided as necessary. The ID Coded Rubberette® is the perfect label for rubber products such as tires, rubber mats, air springs, lifting pads, patches, hoses, and conveyor belts. The rubber marking is permanently applied by vulcanization and therefore remains intact over the long term. Not only barcodes, but also QR codes and other common digital codes can be transferred to a wide variety of products using ID Coded Rubberette®.

Material
The ID Coded Rubberette® is a specially designed rubber label that ensures identifiability and traceability of the product marked with it. The proven transfer system for vulcanization can be used with all common rubber items.

The ID Coded Rubberette® contains the digital code information requested by the customer. As it is applied during vulcanization, the marking forms a solid unit with the substrate. This guarantees that the label information remains intact over the long term and can be reliably retrieved whenever needed.
